*The outstanding dish is based on the unique, fresh product. Jurassic salmon comes from the first in the world ecological farm of Atlantic salmon in Janow, which is the only one in the world that uses salted, Jurassic, geothermal water from before 150 million years. The farm is carried with respect to the environment – the water is devoid of azote, phosphorus and heavy metals. The fishes swimming in such a clean water are not exposed for diseases so common in industrial raising. This is why they don`t need to be vaccinated, fed with antibiotics or carcinogenic, toxic chemicals. The feed for fishes is free from GMO and land animals proteins. The Jurassic salmon comes straight to our restaurant and we serve it to you fresh, without needless freezing.
